Foreword: “The sea, our mother and father”

In the integral focus of the health, the planet is an alive being. We are part of that being and its ecosystem, we maintain with him/her a biophysical, physiologic and energetic relationship, that is to say we share a relative or panatomical identity. We were conceived and we are formed during 9 months in a evironment that has similarity to the marine womb (remember Aphrodite's myth). Millions of years ago the life originated in the seas, and when due the evolutionary process we abandon that womb, we should conserve in us the liquid in that we were engendered, in form of internal evironment, that is to say intra and extracelulares liquid (this last available naturally through the urine). We Keep in this way the essence of our origins. The water represents 70% of the constitution of the planet in that we live. We should be conscious that the sweet water is scare and is only 0.5% of the total available in the planet. Most, 97.5% is in the sea and 2% in the poles. The alive organisms are water in 70% , in form of different organic liquids. For that reason, in the development of this book I will approach the therapeutic use both sea that surrounds us and the ocean that is inside us. For such a reason, I also approach the autoterapia and on the whole to technical of ion detox they form what I call the “System O” that using as tools, vital cycles that happen naturally inside and outside of us, helping us to conserve the health and to face the illnesses that are only intents of the “Totum” of maintaining the organic functional balance. The marine mass is more than water with Chloride of Sodium, are in it high biological readiness the necessary chemical elements for the life, an ecosystem that constantly transforms through complex mechanisms of chemical, biological and physiologic order as the homeostasis, the electrolytic and thermal regulation, etc. The internal marine evironment, available through the urine; it is a sterile liquid in which are in agglutinated infinitesimal dilution: hormones, globulins; proteosas, antineoplaston, amino acids, oligoelements, etc.
